Sauteed Radishes

Ingredients:

2 bunches radishes
2 tbs butter
sea salt or m-salt
minced garlic (optional)

Directions:

1) Heat butter in fry pan
2) Add radishes and salt
3) Saute until crispy (if using add in garlic at the end of cooking)  

makes 4 servings
